Chairman of the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ilgar Sadigov told reporters.

He noted that the master plan of Nakhchivan city was last prepared in the 80s of the last century. exists. In the state program, residential complexes will be built in order to improve the housing purchase of the population. For this purpose, the allocation of relevant land plots in the city territory has been started."

Ilgar Sadigov added that in accordance with the requirements of the state program, the State Housing Construction Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan performs this function as the main executive. Positive results were obtained by looking at those areas. A decision has already been made regarding the construction of social housing mentioned in these areas.

"Another important point is related to the construction of new health centers. Taking into account the current demand and the growth rate of the population, the construction of several innovative and modern architectural style new health centers is planned. On the order of the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, regarding the construction of the Family Health Center, Training and Simulation Center general concept projects are ready. The chairman of the committee emphasized that the mentioned works are not limited only to the city of Nakhchivan. The master plan of Shahbuz and Ordubad cities of the autonomous republic, which are important for tourism, is also being prepared. In particular, the ancient city of Ordubad will be built on the principle of "one street, one country" and will become a potential tourism region.
